Stephanie is a full-time healthcare worker and spending her free time connecting with loved ones and nature. Creating indigenous art grounds her and connects her to the past. She works with diverse media including painting, drawing, digital design, sewing, and photography. 

She creates decorative art such as jewelry and baskets with grass, driftwood, sea glass, wood, resin, and even rocks! Her art includes working with furs, skins, leather and antler of seals, rabbits, moose, and caribou, porcupine quills, sinew, birch bark, feathers, and beads. A large part of her indigenous crafting involves working with the traditional medicines; sage, cedar, sweetgrass, and tobacco.
