Bobbie A Meszaros, known professionally as GarnetAnn, draws inspiration from her rich cultural heritage as a Coast Salish (Old Man House), Tahltan (Crow), and Tlingit artist from Shtax' Heen Kwaan in Wrangell, Alaska. Raised beneath the northern lights and midnight sun across the Dena'ina territories of Fairbanks and Anchorage, she channels this profound connection to Alaska's ancestral lands into her distinctive artistic practice. Her beadwork and Northwest Coast weavings are distinguished by vibrant, striking color palettes that infuse each piece with dynamic visual energy and cultural authenticity.
