Collection: Rico Lanáat’ Worl: a Tlingit and Athabascan Artist & Designer

Rico Lanáat’ Worl, a Tlingit and Athabascan artist, designer, and entrepreneur, blends traditional art with contemporary design to strengthen Indigenous identity and resilience.

Through Trickster Company and his work with Sealaska Heritage Institute, he empowers Indigenous artists by expanding opportunities, fostering cross-cultural appreciation, and challenging the mass production of imitation Native art. His designs reflect modern Indigenous life while honoring ancestral traditions.

Beyond Trickster Company, Worl explores product design, digital art, jewelry, printmaking, public art, and sculpture, continuously pushing creative boundaries.

His work reshapes Indigenous art’s narrative—honoring the past, celebrating the present, and inspiring the future.
